Okay.. so I went to the doctor again because I've been having nausea. I thought it might be from the new med I started, but it wasn't. He had a suspicion and had me do a pregnancy test. Yeah, right was my thought at the time.Oh my gosh!!! I cannot tell you how surprised I was when it came back positive!!! Me??? At 51 years of age??? No way! (No way is right. April Fool's!!! *Giggle*)
I guess you can tell that I like April Fool's Day. I've gotten so good at pranks that my kids won't believe anything I say to them on that day.
One year I had a friend of mine be an accomplice. My oldest son is deathly afraid of spiders. Here's what I had her do..
She called my son and said she was so-and-so from his apartment complex's office. He bought that so she went on to say that his neighbor's pet tarantula had gotten loose and would he please keep an eye out for it.
According to my friend, his voice went up about three octaves as he asked her to repeat what she'd just said. She DID call back after only the briefest of times and told him it was an April Fool's Day joke masterminded by me.
Afterwards, when my son started speaking to me again, he said he was practically sitting on the back of his couch frantically glancing around the room.

A few years ago, my hubby called me at 4 am and told me he was fired. (he worked nights) I was half asleep and in a panic. He kept it up for a good 10 minutes before he told me it was april 1st. I hung up on him, and didn't talk to him until the 2nd!
Ha! Has anyone in your family ever gotten one over on you? I'd be CAREFUL if I were you! They might just gang up on you for a doozy of a joke! :)

Great theme for this week! Thankfully, all you schemers only get one guilt free day to prank all the "gullible ones." Thank God for that! I was trying to find a clip of Mr. T saying "I pity the fool..." but I gave up....
