Yep, we had a great Easter and the boys were really into it this year so that was fun.
Waaaaaa it was ok. My grandson had to go to ER for dehydration. He's getting better now but it sure put a damper on Easter. I didn't wanna do a thing without him here!
It was just ok. This year was supposed to be spent with MY family. Instead we ended up at my in-laws. It wasn't my choice and my mom was pretty pissed.Long story.
I could say it was still okey despite of I was in bed the whole holy week until now because my pulmonary hypertension is on attack and I need to take my oxygen therapy "seriously" 24/7 according to my cardiologist. So, I was with Christ's during His sufferings. The difference is, He is risen.. am still not, hehehe.
Why thanks for asking! The Easter Bunny came and left eggs everywhere. We still have one hanging from the ceiling! We have a toddler -- it was his first sugar high . . . but then, he loved his ham and mashed potatoes and ate until he couldn't cram in another bite! Hope you had a great holiday! It's good to see you back.
The weekend had its ups and downs. Starting with me being on a big downer Friday night into Saturday morning. Then I managed to get some sleep and felt somewhat better after that -plus lots of great "upper" words of wisdom from many blogger friends helped a lot too. Sunday -church at the Sunrise service, followed by Easter breakfast at church for Mandy, Kate, Maya and me and then a very nice dinner here with my son, his girlfriend and his roommate. Too much chocolate ingested. (Is that really possible? Yes, sadly, it is.) But a very happy outcome overall considering my frame of mind as I entered into the weekend. Glad to see you have returned and done it this quickly too. Hmmm - just thought of something else -I was just going to answer your question here, initially, with a simple little "yes" but as you can see, apparently my commenting problems are on the way out the door too now.
I don't do holidays, but I provided an exciting account of Sunday...Hope yours was great! :)
I worked. :DBesides that, I worked on my biggest poem yet.Boy and Swan
