Maybe it helped getting it out of my system a bit by writing about it. One (of many) things I learned in all my years of counseling was to write, write, write. I don't have stacks of notebooks to journal in anymore or ink pens with which to write.
Maybe instead of being a ball and chain holding me back, this blog can also be a blessing.

I'm so glad to hear that your perspective is better today. Writing has ALWAYS been therapeutic for me - that's why my family can't read a lot of my stuff I wrote when I was in school.
Well - better get back to getting ready for work - just wanted to pop in and see how you are doing. Luv ya.
Very fitting song choice. ;)
I find that a lot of times I do the same with my blog-I'll find myself struggling with my own problems. But then I'll write something on my blog about it...and then things will become a bit easier just from getting it out of my system, or reading over what I wrote with new eyes and a new perspective.
I'm glad you're feeling a little better. I find writing a great way to release the stress. Hubby also finds that I yell at him less if I write too. LOL!
Glad today is better. I have had many days similar..down then up then down then not so down then .. then I feel whatever.. hormones, stress, life. bleh is just bleh sometimes. what do you do.. keep goin'. .. just keep goin'.. here's hugs and more hugs.
like many things which are a blessing...blogs can also be a burden.
Glad to read your spirits are lifting.
I'm keeping up in the reader...but just wanted to say hey!
