Things had gotten kind of dim in our lives. Then we had a bright idea. We should arrange to have a three-way!!!Now, I realize some people might give something like this considerable thought. We're a spontaneous (yeah, right) couple of people though and so when we made our minds up to do it.. we just did it!
I'm a bit shy (yeah right again) so I sent hubby out. I sat home and wondered what he would bring home. I'd be lying if I didn't say I wondered about the SIZE, too!!! I didn't want one too small.. or even too big. Like Goldilocks, I wanted one justtttt righttttt!
He was gone maybe an hour.
Without going into all the sordid details, I'm here to say I think we made the right decision. I'll even go so far as to recommend this to everyone else.
Yep. Our living rooms lamps now have three-way light bulbs in them.
Who says you can't write a post about nothing? (Smile.)

At least I didn't say we got drunk first from our wine of the month club wine! Maybe if there'd been some Asti...

A three-way light bulb is one that has different watt levels you can change to depending how bright you want the light to be.
Three-way light bulbs are an unknown object in the Netherlands (and in the UK I gather from LadyBanana's comment). You learn something new every day.
We use dimmerswitches to change the lightlevels.
