Our mobile home has thin walls. Keep that in mind. Thin walls.
Yesterday Mr. Neighbor came over to borrow my broom. I didn't know how long he was going to have it so I busied myself with easy things like making the bed, watering plants, doing dishes. I mean c'mon.. I didn't want to be in the shower or sitting on the toilet when he rang the doorbell to bring it back!
Time passed. I was running out of easy tasks to do. Then I thought well, I suppose I could brush my teeth. That's easy. I have an battery operated toothbrush. It's kind of loud. In a quiet house anyway...
The back bathroom wall lines up with the back laundry room wall & door.. which is where neighbor would be ringing the doorbell. And there I was. Home alone. Buzzing away.
This could have a very different and embarrassing ending. Mr. Neighbor did not bring the broom back at that time. The thought did not escape me though what he would have thought had he chosen the toothbrushing time to return it.
Note: I did get the broom back. I can hear everyone breathing a sigh of relief.

I have an electric toothbrush as well, and yes, sometimes I wonder what it would sound like to an "outsider".
oh hell I would of thrown in a few oh baby oh to give him something good to talk about. lol
I wouldn't worry about the tooth brushing time. surely, he does his teeth if he has any. glad you got your broom, just in time to sweep. take care. rose
