Heads Or Tails #38 - Any Tom, Dick Or Harry

You can play this at Heads Or Tails.

**************************************

Yesterday for Mother's Day my hubby gave me roses and a card. Both were beautiful, but what he wrote inside the card made me cry..

You're my special somebody,
My travel companion,
My life partner.

I'm so glad I married this wonderful man instead of just any Tom, Dick or Harry.

**************************************
This is the spot where I post a video that ties in with the week's theme.

How many of you remember this Tom and Dick? (Those of us around my age always knew to keep an eye on Tom!)

Sorry for the double Linky entry.
I took a little bit of a different approach to Any T, D, or H you might like.

Sheesh! Blogger is being very uncooperative tonight so I don’t know whether or not you’ll get this comment. It’s taking forever to get the comment box then dropping it when I try to send … but I’m trying once more. I understand about needing to limit visits in order to have a life and continue to blog. Methinks lots of us are experiencing the same thing. That said … you seem to have found yourself a good man … and thanks for the walk down memory lane. I’ve got mine up early because I’ve got an early class to attend in the morning.
Hugs and blessings,

I was going to say that it sounds like Mike is happy you didn't marry just any Tom, Dick or Harry either, and then I read the comments and see he said just that.

I think you better keep him.

Always enjoyed the Smothers Brothers -- now can we safely assume the piano player's name was Harry?

How wonderful you had a nice surprise on Mother's Day!

Thanks for the video -- I love Gilbert and Sullivan so it was quite a humorous take on the song.

Yes, I remember The Smothers Brothers. They were such a hoot!!

That is nice. We brits/newly canadians don't seem to do stuff for these occasions. I got three phone calls which I am glad they phoned but a gift on Mother's day would be pushing it.
