That's My Story

I've been keeping to myself a lot lately, maybe even being a bit antisocial. I haven't even been visiting blogs except for players of Heads Or Tails. (It's not just you. It's everyone. In case you wondered.)

I did want to mention that yesterday I had a med review with my psychiatrist. The guy I visit every so often for about ten minutes. That includes time spent in the waiting room.

I take so many prescriptions that sometimes I feel like I need drug rehab. I was pleased this time he did not change my meds or increase the dosage.

True I've had some recent .. emotional challenges. I don't think most have been any different from how any "normal person" would react given the same circumstances. Maybe a bit embellished..

Embellished. Yeah. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
