I use them sometimes at work to make notes to stick on my calender-but I prefer to be more "green" and use scrap paper that I've liberated from the fax machine.
When I was working outside of the home, I used them ALOT. But, now that I am home all the time, my organizational tool is my Dayplanner book, and I have a small (like 3x5 inch) legal pad in the front inside cover for my notes. Most of the notes just go on the "day" in the planner. But, yes, I used to be a Post-it addict at one time.

I use them all the time at work...in different colors. I can color code my priorities!
