For the last nine years Mr. Skittles has told me when and if we got our own place I could get a kitty. We bought a place last month and the search began. We wanted to get a rescue kitty and yesterday we found our new family member, Angel.
Angel is a one year old female from the Humane Society. She is already spayed, front declawed and has a microchip. She picked me by licking the tip of my nose when I was holding her. =)
Our eight month old Hannah isn't sure what to think about Angel. She doesn't understand why Angel doesn't want to play with her...

Angel is beautiful! How sweet that she chose you.
I have to say this -she is a really beautiful cat! And I'm happy you got a rescue cat too -helping those poor babies out is a really good thing to do. Now, if you decide in say, 6-8 weeks that Angel needs a sibling, just let me know and you can acquire a kitten from our current litter -and it better be the last litter too, I must add!!!
Angel is gorgeous, and she looks so soft, too. We got a new kitty at our house, too. Tillie isn't thrilled...
