Bravina

Bravina is designed to help people overcome their anxiety with public speaking engagements.

I signed up to do this review because of my social anxiety and panic attacks. I was supposed to have a free trial of the product in order to evaluate its effectiveness, but it must have gotten lost in the mail. I'll tell you what I learned from their webpage instead.

The first thing I wanted to know about were the ingredients. I take so many other medications I was concerned about interactions. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the ingredients are all natural.. many I've heard of before.. Ginkgo Biloba, St. John's Wort, etc.

My next stop was the FAQ page. I figured if I had questions, then others probably did, too. Every question I could think of was answered there.
  • Bravina has no side effects. That's important.
  • It can be taken 1 to 2 hours before a speaking engagement.
  • It does not need to be taken more than that as it does not need to accumulate in your system for it to be effective.
  • The company has a generous return policy if for any reason you decide you are not satisfied with the product.
I saw in the top right corner a free sample offer tab and clicked it. For those interested, perhaps even myself, you can get one free Bravina pill. I guess that's all you need to evaluate it. If you have a fear of speaking in public, and if maybe it's part of your job, why don't you go check it out?

I wish I would have gotten my free sample. It would have been nice to see how it worked on my particular issues.

This is a great post, especially considering you didn't receive the product as promised.

I do NOT do well speaking in public AT ALL. Sounds like this product would be for me!
