Vacation - Day Two

When I last left off, we had gone to bed in a motel across the street from Lake Superior in a city called Marquette, Michigan.

The next day we kind of crisscrossed Wisconsin on back road type highways, enjoying the scenery and trying to decide if we wanted to extend our vacation and head to Utah or Idaho. We decided to stick to our game plan and headed for the east coast of Wisconsin and the west coast of Lake Michigan.

We found a nice little town called Algoma south of Green Bay and got a room. It wasn't anything fancy.. more like a Mom & Pop kind of place, but it was on the water. Little did we know just how nice it would turn out.

We went in and opened the drapes to find sliding glass doors that led to a deck overlooking Lake Michigan. It took our breath away! I think we spent most of that night standing on the deck, enjoying the view.. watching the seagulls, listening to the waves. We hardly talked at all. Not even about weight loss products!

The next day we drove home.

Here are a few pictures...
