Stressed

My sugar level has been high the last week no matter how little I eat. I used Google today to try to find out why that might be and I landed right on the American Diabetic Association page. Stress can keep your sugars high they say. Stress? Me? Nahhhh. Ok.. I have been stressed out and about as long as my sugar has been high. What a coincidence.

Clearing my mind from what's been worrying me would help. I know what needs to be done, but sometimes things aren't always as easy as they sound. Maybe I could distract myself for a while by reading up on some weight loss affiliate programs. It couldn't hurt because while I'm stressed I feel down in the dumps and ugly and fat.

sorry about the blood sugar level. whenever we are stressed the body can have a physical reaction such as headaches, rash, stomach churning just examples. if i were down i don't think I'd read anything on dieting i have a weight problem and i would get more stressed. read something light or listen to some upbeat music. i know you have to look at your diet re your sugar level, have you talked a nutritionist?Praying fr you.
