I am a work in progress. (Aren't we all?) At no time in my life have I ever thought to myself that this is as good as I want things to be. This is as much as I ever want to know. This is as much as I ever want to accomplish.
One thing I have constantly struggled with is my weight. I've not tried very many fad diets because I know how to eat right. I know what is good for me (tastes like cardboard) and what isn't (pizza, chips, etc.). It's too bad that the things I crave aren't the best things for me!
One thing I have tried is the pill Alli. I even posted about starting it on my old blog. These aren't like the other weight loss pills on the market because they actually do help remove the fat from the foods you eat and pass it out of your system.
Of course I DO have to remember to take one with every meal. Maybe another change I should make is to leave myself reminder notes.
