I have my next psychiatrist appointment with Dr. Quack this Saturday. I know I need to go.. I'm just not sure how IT will go. I've not been pleased with my last few visits there. I'm resolved to go in and make him listen to me this time. Really make him LISTEN. If he doesn't then I will be looking for someone new.

IT is so hard to find a good counselour, I have had 9 so far since I was 16, none of them have done anything for my anxiet/depression/panic attacks. I am now in a new city and I have to find a new one, I dont even know if I want to. I hope you are able to resolve your issues with this one soon, if not I hope you find the right one for you :)

Keep it up. You should go at least five or six times before making a decision as to whether or not he is the right person for you. It's such a long process. I had to go through several before finding one I could relate to who seemed sincerely interested in helping me through my divorce 10 years ago, and then again to work out marriage difficulties. I' glad you are resolved.
