When I was a child, there was no toy or game I asked for repeatedly but never got but there was something I asked for every Christmas, birthday or any other holiday that might involve a gift -a brother or a sister! That was the one thing I wanted more than anything else but never received.

Answer - An RC Helicopter!!!

*runs away giggling*

P.S. It took me 532 tries to finally spell "mischievous" correctly - geesh that's a tough one!

Like Jeni, I sat my dad down when he came to visit one day. I explained to him that I wanted a baby sister. I had a whole speech prepared. He listened to my reasoning and promised he'd see what he could do. Next time he came over, he brought me a kitten. :-P True story! It's name was "Dartagnan" (from Three Musketeers). Hmmm... I've got a picture somewhere around here of me holding that kitten.

Oh... sorry - did I get carried away rambling again?

I always wanted an easy bake oven. And a vacuum and a feather duster.. and a bottle of Pine Sol. J/K about the last three. :P

Yeah right - you just want us to BELIEVE you're J/K...

What I didn't get as a child I bought myself in my late teen years working. The only thing I can think of is I wanted to go to the Globe Trotters one night and my mom said no. I also wanted to stay up and watch the series finale of MASH and my mom said no. I won't ever forget those things. I wanted both of them sooo bad.

Recently, we took Jonathan and his friend to a Globe Trotters game and it was AWESOME!

Sometimes we out smart ourselves. Taking the stairs instead of elevator, mowing the lawn instead of paying our children. Washing the car can be fun.. Make sure you walk every isle at the grocery stored before you pick up one item...
